These terms apply to your use of the GLOBE Luxury Perfume website and to every order placed on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
We describe our products and their fragrance notes as accurately as we can. Fragrance is personal, and how a scent smells and lasts can vary with skin, climate and application. Product images are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly. Our perfumes are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin, please test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, flames and children.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.
Orders and Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we dispatch it. We may call or message you to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch, and we may cancel orders we cannot verify, orders with incomplete addresses, or orders that appear fraudulent. We may limit quantities per order. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders may lead to Cash on Delivery being unavailable for your future orders.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order ID. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pincode, and we will inform you.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and an unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement.
Coupons and offers
Coupons and offers are valid only as stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Intellectual property
The GLOBE name, logo, product designs, photographs, film and website content belong to GLOBE Luxury Perfume and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
